We do not recommend directly deleting reviews from the internet unless they contain: trade secrets, personal data, defamation, or direct insults. These types of reviews are subject to removal both under proper legal procedures and the rules of search engines, domain registrars, hosting providers, and/or data centers.

This is not a complicated set of actions, though we still do not recommend them. Instead, there are techniques to transform any negative review into something beneficial for the overall perception of the company, product, or services. After all, endless 5-star reviews often raise suspicion.

However, there are cases that fall outside the above list, where a client explicitly requests the removal of reviews from various platforms. Achieving this is indeed challenging but possible. The biggest question is how much time will pass before the author reposts the negative review.
